What you will do

  • Manage daily integrity of the Acuity booking system, including reconciliation and appointment scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for practitioner operational queries and issue triage.
  • Coordinate patient and service workflows, including pathology result filing and clinical review follow-ups.
  • Maintain administrative accuracy across operational tools like Halaxy and clinical templates.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures and practitioner resources.
  • Provide backup support for training administration and onboarding logistics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia with the ability to work remotely from Sydney.
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or operations within healthcare or high-volume booking environments.
  • Proficiency with booking platforms like Acuity and practice management tools like Halaxy.
  • Strong technical skills in Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional practitioner and patient interaction.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously.
