TL;DR
Senior ABM & Paid Digital Manager (SaaS): Orchestrating account-based marketing and paid digital strategy to drive pipeline for high-value accounts with an accent on platform management, intent signal analysis, and sales alignment. Focus on designing multi-channel campaigns, optimizing paid performance, and leveraging AI to accelerate target account conversion.
Location: Must be based in the United States. Remote-first with an expectation to work onsite in Columbus, OH during the first week for onboarding.
Salary: $100,000 base annually plus Company Performance Bonus.

is a fast-growing, Columbus-based provider of cloud-based facility maintenance and management software for education, property management, and manufacturing sectors.
What you will do
- Build and execute end-to-end ABM programs, including target account list design and intent playbooks.
- Operate Demandbase as a power user to manage audience building, ad delivery, and reporting.
- Design multi-channel account plays combining ads, content, and sales outreach.
- Own the Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) motion from generation to sales hand-off.
- Manage day-to-day performance and budgets across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and paid social.
- Partner with sales leadership to turn account intelligence into meetings and opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years in ABM or paid digital.
- Expert hands-on experience with Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
- Active daily use of AI tools for creative production, research, and workflow automation.
- Proven track record of managing paid digital at scale and owning pipeline KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and BI dashboards.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or Qualified.
- Background in marketing to K-12, Higher Ed, or government buyers.
- Experience partnering with SDR teams on intent-triggered outbound motions.
