What you will do

• Lead client discovery workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies and analytical reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Identify data inputs, system integration touchpoints, and edge cases in the design lifecycle.
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT leadership for AI-powered solutions.
• Continuously improve BA practice efficiency through AI automation and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to the insurance sector (underwriting, claims, or policy administration).
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Practical experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and understanding of LLM behavior.
• High standard of written and verbal communication.
• English: Fluency required.
