• Bring deep industry knowledge and hands-on operational expertise to guide the build process.

Requirements

• Deep industry knowledge and hands-on operational expertise in claims and fraud management.
• Proven experience in translating business operations into automation capabilities.
• Ability to bridge the gap between real-world operational experience and technical automation design.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Automate (Flow), BluePrism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Knowledge of Camunda, JBPM, Activiti, or Bonita.
• Experience with SoapUI, Oracle OPA, or HP Operations Orchestration.
• Familiarity with Performance Tuning and Automation tools.
