Location: Remote (Global). Role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Lead the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, and partnerships.
• Establish clear priorities, OKRs, launch calendars, and operating structures for fast execution.
• Define and own the editorial standard and core narratives for Offchain, Arbitrum, and related product lines.
• Partner with founders and executives to guide thought leadership and storytelling across op-eds, interviews, and strategic announcements.
• Develop high-impact campaigns and partner marketing motions to increase commercial relevance.
• Define success metrics for awareness, developer engagement, partner amplification, and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience in high-growth tech, fintech, crypto, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Minimum 5 years leading marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, or GTM.
• Proven experience building structured, fast, and accountable marketing functions.
