Growth Director (Web3): Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand with an accent on Web3-native channels, data-driven campaigns, and community growth. Focus on translating on-chain insights into compelling narratives, leading end-to-end campaign executions, and driving KPIs like DAUs, installs, and ROAS.

Location: Global fully remote. You must have the right to work for the country you are based.

What you will do

• Develop and own integrated marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and brand, aligned to product launches and market cycles
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution across Web3-native and performance channels
• Define positioning and messaging for new features and segments in partnership with Product and BD
• Set, track, and report on marketing KPIs including DAUs, installs, retention, ROAS, and community growth
• Drive community engagement on Discord, Telegram, and X, plus KOL/influencer partnerships
• Collaborate with BD, ecosystem partners, and Product on co-marketing, GTM plans, and high-quality creative

Requirements

• 5–8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in crypto, DeFi, or Web3 (wallet, exchange, L1/L2, DeFi preferred)
• Track record of owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact
• Experience in generalist/full-stack marketing across brand, growth, content, and product marketing
• Genuinely active in Web3 ecosystem: degen, on-chain wallet history, and network
• Proficient in Dune, Nansen, Amplitude, and mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch)
• Experimental mindset: treat initiatives as testable experiments, hunt for signals and ROI

Nice to have

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Marketed a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product
• Familiarity with hirify.global's ecosystem (multi-chain, Web3 Browser, Staking)
• Prior work at top-tier exchange (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken) or DeFi protocol
• Experience running global marketing campaigns
