Product Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Develop integrated acquisition, retention, and brand marketing strategies aligned with product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market cycles.
• Lead end-to-end campaigns across Web3-native and performance marketing channels.
• Define product positioning and messaging for new features and market segments with Product and Business Development.
• Set and report on KPIs including DAUs, installs, retention, ROAS, community growth, and share of voice.
• Allocate channel budgets, optimize efficiency and ROI, and build community engagement across Discord, Telegram, and X.
• Develop KOL, influencer, ecosystem partner, and co-marketing initiatives while supporting go-to-market plans for features, chain integrations, and partner launches.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi, or Web3.
• Experience owning and scaling multi-channel campaigns with measurable growth impact.
• Generalist marketing experience spanning brand, growth, content, and product marketing.
• Active on-chain Web3 experience with genuine familiarity with the ecosystem and its communities.
• Proficiency with Dune, Nansen, Amplitude, and mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
• Strong analytical and experimentation mindset, with the ability to move between tactical activations and long-term strategy.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Mandarin skills.
• Experience marketing a self-custody wallet or non-custodial product.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s multi-chain ecosystem, Web3 Browser, or staking products.
• Experience at a top-tier exchange or DeFi protocol, or running global marketing campaigns.
