hirify.global is a leading suite of services connecting developers with Web3 infrastructure for DeFi, NFT, and gaming applications.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the marketing website and conversion surfaces for product, campaign, and SEO initiatives.
  • Develop launch packages for Web3 products including Elastic and Dedicated Nodes.
  • Create and repurpose technical content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and community channels.
  • Implement AI-augmented workflows to automate content production and reporting.
  • Drive customer acquisition through targeted campaigns and lead qualification flows.
  • Track performance using metrics, dashboards, and conversion analysis.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical marketing, growth engineering, or web development.
  • Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Daily use of LLMs and AI-native workflows for coding and research.
  • Ability to write technical content for developer and infrastructure audiences.
  • Understanding of Web3 infrastructure (RPC, nodes, APIs, staking).
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of partner marketing and integration-led growth.
  • Experience building AI agents or programmatic marketing scripts.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Metabase, Ahrefs, or Semrush.
  • Basic design skills in Figma.
