PR & Branding Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote - Global; fully remote with flexible working hours. Candidates must have the right to work in the country where they are based.

What you will do

• Develop and execute a global PR calendar covering product launches, security milestones, partnerships, and community initiatives.
• Build relationships with leading technology, business, and crypto media and secure organic coverage.
• Maintain global brand guidelines and ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging.
• Coordinate with Security, Product, and Legal teams on rapid communications for outages, industry events, and security incidents.
• Position executives as Web3 thought leaders through speaking engagements, op-eds, podcasts, and industry panels.
• Create brand campaigns that build awareness, explain self-custody, and onboard new Web3 users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or brand marketing, including at least 2 years in Web3, crypto, or DeFi.
• Strong working knowledge of decentralized ecosystems, non-custodial wallets, smart contracts, and major Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks.
• Proven success securing high-tier media placements and relationships with crypto journalists and technology editors.
• Excellent storytelling and the ability to write press releases, messaging frameworks, and executive talking points under tight deadlines.
• Experience working with distributed teams and executing localized campaigns across LATAM, APAC, and EMEA.
