What you will do

• Own end-to-end month-end close deliverables including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance explanations for multiple entities.
• Manage bank and cash reconciliations across 20+ multi-entity and multi-currency accounts.
• Monitor and resolve subscription revenue flow issues between Chargebee and NetSuite.
• Oversee AP and spend controls using Payhawk to ensure correct coding and approvals.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity for prepaids, accruals, and intercompany accounts.
• Develop SOPs and checklists to shorten close time and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience with direct ownership of month-end close.
• Strong discipline in reconciliation and documentation.
• Experience working with ERP systems, with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate proactively in a fast-moving, remote environment with high ownership.
• Preference for candidates working in US Eastern or EMEA timezones.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS subscription billing and revenue (Chargebee is a plus).
• Familiarity with AP/spend tooling like Payhawk.
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting.
