TL;DR

Manager, Consumer Marketing (Social Media): Driving global product marketing communications across business and consumer audiences with an accent on brand positioning and user adoption. Focus on developing audience-first narratives, leading global campaigns, and collaborating across product and sales organizations to scale Snap's value proposition.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles or New York (expect 4+ days per week in office)

Salary: $173,000–$259,000 annually

What you will do

  • Create and execute Snap’s product and brand marketing strategy, positioning, and programs.
  • Develop deep insights into audience personas, mindsets, behaviors, and values.
  • Craft innovative consideration campaigns, narratives, and industry partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Comms, Insights, and Regional teams.
  • Develop global playbooks and toolkits to standardize marketing across worldwide audiences.
  • Define success metrics and iterate campaign performance using a test-and-learn mindset.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing.
  • 1+ years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience building programs for business and consumer audiences in Social Media and Technology.
  • Proven track record of leading lifestyle and culture-driven activations.
  • Strategic leadership ability to synthesize complex inputs and drive high-impact decisions.
  • Must be based in Los Angeles or New York.

Nice to have

  • Experience with digital media and using advertising data to inform strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to serve as an internal and external spokesperson.
