Location: Hybrid in San Francisco (HQ) or New York, must be based in the United States.

Salary: $250,000–310,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and steward the product-led narrative explaining hirify.global’s value for creators internally and externally.
• Identify and amplify creator success stories to build cultural authority and market presence.
• Build and lead a high-craft marketing team leveraging AI to scale narrative and brand identity.
• Drive creator inbound and conversion through coordinated product marketing, campaigns, and partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, partnerships, and brand teams.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States with hybrid work in San Francisco or New York.
• Senior-level experience in agency, media company, or platform marketing with team leadership and business outcome ownership.
• Experience working closely with product teams to shape and substantiate marketing narratives.
• Background as a writer, journalist, or direct experience working with creators and understanding their decision-making.
• Demonstrated strong taste and ability to develop or champion creative storytelling.
