What you will do

• Plan and manage day-to-day transportation operations onsite for client offices in Atlanta or Austin.
• Develop and implement site-based multimodal transportation strategies, corporate mobility programs, and parking policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local site leadership and external partners, including transit agencies and local jurisdictions.
• Gather and analyze transportation data to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate onsite employee outreach events such as bike safety campaigns and commuter fairs.
• Manage site budgets, track vendor contracts, and handle purchase orders and invoices.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in transportation, urban planning, marketing, communications, or facilities.
• Must be based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets.
• Experience with transportation demand management (TDM) techniques and multimodal transportation planning.
• Project or program management experience.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Experience with website management and project management software.
