What you will do
- Plan and manage day-to-day transportation operations onsite for client offices in Atlanta or Austin.
- Develop and implement site-based multimodal transportation strategies, corporate mobility programs, and parking policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local site leadership and external partners, including transit agencies and local jurisdictions.
- Gather and analyze transportation data to identify trends and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate onsite employee outreach events such as bike safety campaigns and commuter fairs.
- Manage site budgets, track vendor contracts, and handle purchase orders and invoices.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in transportation, urban planning, marketing, communications, or facilities.
- Must be based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets.
- Experience with transportation demand management (TDM) techniques and multimodal transportation planning.
- Project or program management experience.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience with website management and project management software.
