TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 + OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle, including lead prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing deals with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of new corporate partners through creative outbound prospecting and tailored demonstrations.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to conduct strategic annual meetings and quarterly business reviews to drive client retention and expansion.
  • Perform intricate corporate partner research to align the platform's value proposition with specific business needs and CSR goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and existing clients, ensuring high-touch communication throughout the sales process.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback for internal product, marketing, and sales process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound client prospecting with a hunter mentality and strong closing skills.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quotas in high-growth, performance-focused sales environments.
  • Experience in value-based consultative selling, including building account plans and managing complex negotiations.
  • Ability to identify and qualify new leads for enterprise customers in both net-new and renewal environments.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools for opportunity forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and the ability to adapt to rapid change.
