TL;DR
Key Account Manager Eastern Europe: Drive sales turnover by selling concepts and assortments to Key Accounts including Sports Chains, Franchisee Stores, e-com accounts, and major FMCG retailers with an accent on Poland and Baltics markets. Focus on managing full budget responsibility, developing customer portfolios, optimizing category performance, analyzing sales results against targets, and collaborating with internal teams.
Location: This role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. You must already have the legal right to work in Poland. We will not apply for work or residence permits.

What you will do
- Take full budget and sales responsibility for the market and customer base in Poland and Baltics.
- Develop existing and new customer portfolios by identifying commercial opportunities and creating actionable plans.
- Manage category performance through product ranges, area optimization, and sales analysis vs targets.
- Drive ongoing improvements and handle relevant projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal specialist departments and sales support.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Key Account management within Fashion, Sports lifestyle, or FMCG industry.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills; solution-focused team player.
- Fluent written and verbal English and Polish.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; good understanding of retail environment.
- Results-oriented, proactive, self-starter able to build relationships quickly.
- Legal right to work in Poland required; no sponsorship for permits.

- Knowledge of SAP and basic BI tools.
- Any additional languages.
