What you will do

  • Engage leads through multi-touch campaigns via email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Learn and master sales skills and tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate closely with Outbound Lead Generation, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
  • Understand the Spanish market and HR industry to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Execute creative and bold multi-channel sales campaigns.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for onsite work.
  • Languages: Native Spanish speaker with at least B2 level English (written and spoken).
  • Passion for HR and technology with enthusiasm for digital innovation.
  • Confident and proactive communicator, especially on the phone.
  • Motivated, persistent, accountable, and a team player eager to grow.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales development within B2B SaaS or tech companies.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Global mindset with experience studying or working abroad.
  • Strong persuasion and trust-building skills with prospects.
