What you will do
- Engage leads through multi-touch campaigns via email, LinkedIn, video, and cold calling.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives to close deals.
- Learn and master sales skills and tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with Outbound Lead Generation, Sales RevOps, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Understand the Spanish market and HR industry to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Execute creative and bold multi-channel sales campaigns.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain for onsite work.
- Languages: Native Spanish speaker with at least B2 level English (written and spoken).
- Passion for HR and technology with enthusiasm for digital innovation.
- Confident and proactive communicator, especially on the phone.
- Motivated, persistent, accountable, and a team player eager to grow.
Nice to have
- Experience in sales development within B2B SaaS or tech companies.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
- Global mindset with experience studying or working abroad.
- Strong persuasion and trust-building skills with prospects.
