Salary: €28,600 – €31,200

What you will do
- Manage incoming leads and perform proactive postbound outreach to warm prospects.
- Engage with HR Managers and executives through consultative discovery to understand and address their needs.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns using calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing teams to optimize conversion throughout the sales cycle.
- Track all activities, performance, and lead data within HubSpot and other sales tools.
- Analyze and refine qualification strategies to improve pipeline quality.
Requirements
- Italian: Excellent proficiency required.
- English: Professional proficiency required.
- Location: Must be living in or relocating to Barcelona for on-site work.
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR or sales role, ideally in SaaS or digital environments.
- Strong communication and consultative listening skills.
- Demonstrable experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Aircall.

- Proven track record in postbound or re-engagement sales motions.
- Experience using structured lead qualification methodologies.
- Strong analytical mindset for monitoring and improving sales performance metrics.
