Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll processing and issue resolution within the Managed Services Bureau.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with US statutory requirements and legislation.
• Handle high-volume payroll processing while maintaining efficiency and quality under tight deadlines.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Support new client onboarding, ensuring data accuracy for retrospective and parallel runs.
• Mentor junior payroll team members and effectively escalate complex issues to clients.

Requirements

• Demonstrable US payroll experience in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory payments.
• Proven ability to process high-volume payroll with accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to identify payroll discrepancies and anomalies.
• Must reside in one of the authorized US states (CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA).
• Must be able to work in the EST timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS technology and working with global teams.
• Experience with Enterprise customers and onboarding into managed service functions.
• Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk, Slack, and Asana.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Experience with payroll software like hirify.global Payroll, Sage, or Xero.
