TL;DR
Regional Growth Director (Fintech): Driving top-line expansion and inorganic growth strategy across a portfolio of accounting firms with an accent on GTM execution, sales enablement, and M&A integration. Focus on deploying enterprise-wide growth products, including AI-enabled workflows and global delivery models, to transition firms from founder-dependent sales to scalable, structured revenue growth.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to one of the following: Denver, Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Tampa, or Washington, DC. Ability to travel 50%+ is required.
Salary: $200,000 – $220,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do
- Partner with firm leadership to identify revenue opportunities and establish structured business development cadences.
- Deploy enterprise GTM playbooks, including CRM adoption and pipeline visibility, across the firm portfolio.
- Manage regional inorganic pipelines, supporting M&A integration and synergy capture during the 120-day post-close process.
- Lead the adoption of AI-enabled workflows and global delivery models to optimize firm-level service delivery.
- Execute cross-sell programs across valuation, tax, and advisory service lines.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Regional Vice President on revenue performance and market positioning.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth, GTM, sales strategy, or revenue operations, ideally in professional services.
- Proven track record of building and operationalizing repeatable revenue growth programs.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple con initiatives.
- Must be comfortable with 50%+ travel to partner firms and regional meetings.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in funnel metrics and data-driven performance management.
Nice to have
- Experience in an accounting firm environment (tax, audit, advisory).
- Background in M&A integration or post-close synergy capture.
- Exposure to AI-enabled workflow deployment or automation in a services environment.
- Experience working with offshore or global delivery models.
