• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders across a specialist sector.
• Identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive-level professionals.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from introduction and interviews to offer negotiation.
• Utilize best-in-class data tools and technology to identify opportunities and track market trends.
• Negotiate agreements and act as a primary talent partner for clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, IL.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a sales environment.
• Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to adapt style.
