People Partner (AI)

hirify.global is a UK AI company building Orbital, a physics-informed foundation model for energy operations across oil and gas, refineries, and petrochemicals.

What you will do

• Partner with managers and leaders on performance, development, team effectiveness, organisational change, and day-to-day People matters.
• Support performance and talent processes, including expectations, feedback, development, and progression decisions.
• Coach managers through leadership challenges, difficult conversations, and sensitive situations.
• Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, escalating complex or sensitive cases when appropriate.
• Own projects across onboarding, performance, talent, manager capability, and engagement.
• Use organisational data and feedback to identify themes and improve the employee experience in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or strong HR generalist.
• Experience working in a technology scale-up or fast-changing environment.
• Experience advising managers across performance, employee relations, talent, and development.
• Experience building or improving People processes, programmes, or ways of working.
• Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, apply sound judgement, and bring structure to undefined situations.
• Clear, thoughtful communication, practical problem-solving, curiosity, and willingness to work in an evolving environment.
