What you will do

  • Develop and implement regional sales systems and manage key account relationships in related industries.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate regional sales staff, including target setting and follow-up.
  • Track competitor sales activities and provide timely offer quotations to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the auditor network and new training business opportunities.
  • Organize customer trainings and information meetings to increase brand visibility in the market.
  • Manage overall sales, margin targets, and sales costs.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Product Certification (e.g., IATF, AS9100).
  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability, cybersecurity, and decarbonization business development.
  • Proven track record of sales experience within an international Certification Body or training company.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or engineering disciplines.
  • Previous leadership experience managing sales executives or staff.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for presentations and communication with international managers.
