What you will do

• Co-define and execute the company-wide AI strategy in collaboration with ExCo and departmental leaders.
• Build and manage the AI operating model using a hub-and-spoke structure.
• Design and implement a scalable AI governance framework aligned with the EU AI Act.
• Orchestrate enterprise AI infrastructure, tooling convergence, and knowledge sharing mechanisms.
• Develop AI measurement frameworks to connect initiatives to business impact and operating leverage.
• Partner with HR to drive AI enablement, training programs, and capability building across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI transformation, strategy execution, or enterprise leadership within SaaS.
• Proven track record of building AI operating models or governance frameworks from scratch.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI automation, and AI-native systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of AI regulatory compliance in a global SaaS environment.
• Executive presence with the ability to report at the ExCo level.
