What you will do

• Architect and ship agentic workflows using frontier models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to automate internal business functions outside of core engineering.
• Build a production-grade semantic and data layer and context pipeline as the foundation for the AI Operating System.
• Develop MCP-based integrations into core systems of record including Salesforce, Slack, Gong, and finance tooling.
• Lead a cross-functional "AI champions" network across Customer Success, Revenue, Finance, and IT to identify and scale AI deployments.
• Establish an AI governance framework, including data-handling policies for HIPAA and PHI compliance.
• Define and track ROI dashboards focusing on validated EBITDA contribution and customer NPS movement.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Top-tier academic background in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics).
• 6–10 years of experience combining technical AI/ML work, top-tier strategy consulting (MBB), or operating roles at high-performance SaaS companies.
• Hands-on expertise deploying frontier models and agentic workflows (planner-executor patterns, tool use) in production.
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and integrating LLMs with enterprise SaaS surfaces.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to think in terms of P&L, ROI, and EBITDA.
