What you will do

• Develop and maintain a rolling AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and practice growth priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and sequence high-impact AI use cases for benefits benchmarking, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Provide day-to-day direction and priority-setting for practice-embedded AI builders.
• Serve as the primary integration point between the National Practice Leader and the central AI Product Team.
• Own practice-level adoption, active usage, and measurable business impact of AI tools.
• Define the external AI narrative and thought leadership in partnership with Marketing and Business Development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, or HR advisory.
• 3+ years in a leadership, strategy, or innovation role.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and prototyping with custom GPTs or low-code platforms.
• Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence across diverse functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Formal AI/ML coursework or certifications in AI strategy.
• Working knowledge of LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and data readiness concepts.
