What you will do
- Develop and maintain a rolling AI roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and practice growth priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and sequence high-impact AI use cases for benefits benchmarking, analytics, and workflow automation.
- Provide day-to-day direction and priority-setting for practice-embedded AI builders.
- Serve as the primary integration point between the National Practice Leader and the central AI Product Team.
- Own practice-level adoption, active usage, and measurable business impact of AI tools.
- Define the external AI narrative and thought leadership in partnership with Marketing and Business Development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, benefits consulting, or HR advisory.
- 3+ years in a leadership, strategy, or innovation role.
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or organizational change initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and prototyping with custom GPTs or low-code platforms.
- Proven ability to operate in a matrixed organization and influence across diverse functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Nice to have
- Formal AI/ML coursework or certifications in AI strategy.
- Working knowledge of LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, and data readiness concepts.
