What you will do

• Lead AI-focused engineering initiatives and guide the architecture of intelligent testing capabilities.
• Design and deploy LLM-powered solutions for natural language test creation and autonomous maintenance.
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and hands-on technical leadership.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate customer needs into AI-powered features.
• Define and standardize testing strategies for AI systems, including model evaluation and reliability validation.
• Partner with domain experts to optimize testing solutions for complex enterprise ecosystems like SAP.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building production-grade software using Python.
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLM ecosystems, and agent-based systems.
• Deep expertise in software engineering best practices, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in test automation, QA engineering, or quality platforms.
• Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Background working on enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
