What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of an enterprise-wide Agentic AI Operating System for non-product business functions.
• Partner with executive leadership to define AI strategy and prioritize ROI-driven initiatives.
• Build and scale a semantic data layer connecting core enterprise systems like CRM, finance, and support tools.
• Develop and deploy agentic workflows using frontier models to automate operational processes.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Drive cross-functional execution through a network of embedded AI champions.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, technical product management, or high-performance SaaS operations.
• Proven track record of building production-grade AI systems using frontier models like GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
• Deep understanding of agentic architectures, tool use, evaluation systems, and LLM safety.
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise tools such as CRM, finance, or communication platforms.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical initiatives to EBITDA and operational performance.
• Must be based in the United States with the ability to work in a remote-first environment.
