What you will do

• Design and lead internal AI training programs and manage an AI champions network across engineering, product, and GTM teams.
• Establish organization-wide AI best practices, including prompt libraries, evaluation rubrics, and security guardrails.
• Manage build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and maintain institutional knowledge in agent-friendly documentation.
• Develop and ship production internal AI tools for executive reporting, sales enablement, and customer success automation.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and Special Projects to define and execute the internal AI roadmap.
• Define and report adoption metrics, such as time saved per workflow and tool usage.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience leading AI enablement or adoption within a technical organization.
• Ability to build and ship production-ready internal AI tools and automation.
• Capacity to translate Labs research into practical, internal-facing capabilities.
• Experience in defining roadmaps and tracking adoption metrics.
