Salary: $156,700 - $290,900

What you will do
- Lead the development of strategic and operating plans to drive innovation and scale within the healthcare business.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, framing critical strategic questions and market trends.
- Build and manage an M&A pipeline in collaboration with corporate finance and business leaders.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including adjacencies and emerging ecosystems.
- Lead competitive analysis to identify disruption risks and sustainable differentiation opportunities.
- Translate complex strategies into clear investment priorities and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, M&A, or top-tier consulting.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent from a leading university preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, unstructured business challenges.
- Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing conflicting priorities.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to link strategy to commercial performance.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership audiences.
