What you will do

• Lead the development of strategic and operating plans to drive innovation and scale within the healthcare business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, framing critical strategic questions and market trends.
• Build and manage an M&A pipeline in collaboration with corporate finance and business leaders.
• Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including adjacencies and emerging ecosystems.
• Lead competitive analysis to identify disruption risks and sustainable differentiation opportunities.
• Translate complex strategies into clear investment priorities and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, M&A, or top-tier consulting.
• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent from a leading university preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex, unstructured business challenges.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional alignment and managing conflicting priorities.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to link strategy to commercial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leadership audiences.
