What you will do

• Manage medium-complex projects across cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT.
• Define project plans, timelines, scope, and financial aspects while maintaining project documentation.
• Track key project indicators and present progress to board-level stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular project meetings and drive change requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders.
• Actively seek process improvements to meet company goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant business experience.
• Master’s degree in IT or business administration.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Advanced user of MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• Systematic, structured approach with strong analytical thinking.

Nice to have

• Project management certifications such as IPMA C, Prince2 Foundation, PMP, Kanban, SAFe, or SCRUM.
