TL;DR

Project Scheduler (EPC/Primavera P6): Developing and maintaining contract-stage schedules for waste infrastructure projects with an accent on integrating engineering, procurement, and construction into a single coherent plan. Focus on applying CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and optimize execution.

Location: Hybrid in Bratislava, Slovakia (Home office possible 2 days a week)

Salary: 2-200 EUR/month (Basic wage component)

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out.
  • Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a single plan.
  • Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and advise Project Directors on mitigation.
  • Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and deviation analyses for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and maintain robust as-built documentation.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of other Project Schedulers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience within an EPC environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules.
