TL;DR

Senior Project Scheduler (EPC): Managing end-to-end project schedules across the full lifecycle in waste-to-X infrastructure with an accent on CPM analysis and risk mitigation. Focus on integrating engineering, procurement, and construction into master schedules and delivering senior-level reporting.

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid, home office possible 2 days a week)

Salary: From 3,000 EUR/month gross

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end schedules integrating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning into a cohesive master schedule.
  • Drive proactive risk management using CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and advise Project Directors.
  • Deliver senior-level reporting, including progress reports, S-curves, and baseline deviation analyses.
  • Ensure all schedules conform to company guidelines and maintain rigorous as-built records.
  • Mentor Project Schedulers and lead schedule-related meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project scheduling experience within an EPC environment, including civil works and plant business.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Proven expertise in CPM and float management applied to complex multi-discipline schedules.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English.
  • Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
