What you will do
- Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and leave administration.
- Administer employee records and optimize workflows within Rippling and other HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate employment documentation, contracts, amendments, and policy acknowledgments.
- Support immigration and visa administration in partnership with external counsel and vendors.
- Execute payroll and compliance-related processes and manage the People Operations ticket queue.
- Create and maintain SOPs and employee-facing resources to scale operations as the company grows.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or HRIS Administration.
- Proven experience supporting employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with employee data management and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Experience administering Rippling or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience building workflows and process automations.
- Experience supporting global employee populations.
- Familiarity with immigration, benefits administration, or payroll operations.
- Experience working within a ticketing or shared-services environment.
