What you will do

• Create and execute a regional implementation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four to deliver complex integrations.
• Manage all facets of project management, including risk mitigation and timeline prioritization.
• Act as the voice of hirify.global in partner conversations to influence decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on implementation decisions and trade-offs.
• Maintain exceptional project governance and data-driven performance tracking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or product operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 4+ individuals.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of improving business metrics and revenue impact.
• Technical fluency with APIs and solution design.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
