What you will do

• Negotiate product scope to deliver maximum value on fixed-price and time/materials engagements.
• Manage the flow of requirements and maintain a healthy product backlog using visual management tools.
• Lead client engagements, own agile ceremonies, and forecast project effort accurately.
• Provide high-level analysis and improvement recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
• Proactively manage risks and resolve delivery issues before they escalate.
• Advocate for lean delivery principles and mentor junior delivery managers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of delivery management experience on complex digital or technology projects.
• Proven track record in a technical agency or consultancy.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and steering committees.
• Demonstrable expertise in scope negotiation and risk management on high-stakes projects.
• Strong academic background.
• Ability to use delivery data to drive commercial decisions.
