What you will do

• Lead strategic and operational projects across teams, ensuring they meet goals and deadlines.
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the VP or Directors.
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research to support project planning and decisions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure success and identify areas for business growth and profitability.
• Coordinate between different internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Analyze internal roles and systems to ensure effective project coordination.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of practical experience in strategy, business development, or project management.
• Background in a leading management consultancy or a start-up environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
