What you will do

• Manage the performance and market growth of the customs solution product.
• Guide clients through the entire lifecycle from prospecting to successful implementation.
• Act as a subject matter expert in client meetings alongside the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales and Key Account Management to design tailored client solutions.
• Drive automation in onboarding by implementing workflows using AI tools like Claude and Claude Code.
• Work with the Product team to refine the customs SaaS application based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related analytical field.
• Proven experience in business development, project management, or account management.
• Fluency in German (C1+) and English is mandatory for daily client and team communication.
• Hands-on experience or strong affinity for AI tools like Claude for workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
