What you will do

• Develop and execute global brand strategies and commercial activities for product launches.
• Implement communication plans and omnichannel engagement campaigns across the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with affiliates to ensure local alignment with global brand initiatives.
• Develop actionable insights based on patient journeys and market research.
• Partner with decision support and finance teams to develop long-range forecasts and business performance reporting.
• Ensure all activities comply with ethics, compliance guidelines, and internal SOPs.

Requirements

• Degree-level education in life sciences or business studies.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry in a marketing role.
• Experience with specialty care products in rare diseases.
• Global marketing experience and in-country marketing experience in top 5 European markets or North America.
• Proven track record of marketing across multiple stages of a product's lifecycle.
• Fluent English is compulsory.
