Salary: $142,090 - $308,464

What you will do

• Lead projects involving dams, spillways, intakes, outlets, and other hydropower and hydraulic structure improvements.
• Deliver innovative high-quality design products and manage equipment procurement and construction processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver PS&E and technical analyses.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers to develop a capable multi-discipline execution team.
• Work directly with clients to develop technical solutions for infrastructure challenges from concept to closeout.
• Prepare and oversee technical documents, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum 11 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Business.
• Experience working with West Coast hydropower clients.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements for dams and hydropower.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
