is a Series A startup building a high-fidelity emulator and local cloud development platform to revolutionize cloud development processes.
What you will do
- Ensure reliable L2 support coverage for the Brazilian client Itau during BRT hours.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues by reproducing scenarios using various technologies.
- Extend support to other Americas-based customers as capacity permits.
- Maintain professional, empathetic, and clear communication with customers via written and verbal channels.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical support role handling production issues.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Proficiency in Python and strong expertise in AWS.
- Experience with Docker, container networking, and IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK/SDK).
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, and Windows for log analysis and debugging.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, or Azure.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
