What you will do

• Lead CX/CCaaS engineering teams across software and infrastructure to ensure platform scalability and performance.
• Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Mentor and develop high-performing distributed teams through 1:1s and structured career growth plans.
• Oversee agile delivery processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Promote engineering best practices in observability, automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, maintainable code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing remote or distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Python or Elixir.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX environments and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• English: C1 level proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time communications technologies (FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC).
• Exposure to Elixir and Phoenix.
• Background in CCaaS, UCaaS, or customer experience platforms.
• Experience scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
