Salary: €24,000 - €36,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Perform outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos to present and sell solutions to prospective and existing partners.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align product solutions with partner business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
- Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document all outcomes within the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
- Strong "hunter" mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Spanish or other additional languages.
- Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
