Salary: €24,000 - €36,000 a year

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Perform outreach via phone, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demos to present and sell solutions to prospective and existing partners.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align product solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless and high-quality partner experience.
  • Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads and document all outcomes within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
  • Strong "hunter" mindset and ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish or other additional languages.
  • Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
