What you will do

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps strategies across multiple games.
• Partner with game teams, data science, and central tech to identify and execute high-leverage product opportunities.
• Define and monitor product KPIs to improve strategy effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Own the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to launch and long-term maintenance.
• Create compelling proposals for new tool features and capabilities.
• Mentor and lead other product managers on the team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• 5+ years of product management experience in KPI-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful LiveOps strategies in games.
• Experience working with machine learning or AI-powered products.
• Strong leadership, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in creating clear PRDs and performing root cause analysis.
• Résumé/CV must be submitted in English
