What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring high-quality stewardship.
• Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including custom YouTube content and social integrations.
• Partner with creative, production, and media teams to manage deliverables and project timelines.
• Oversee project logistics such as asset delivery, creative approvals, and campaign reporting.
• Lead client status meetings to provide updates and ensure alignment on project milestones.
• Monitor project health and identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within the media industry.
• Prior experience working within an ad agency (creative or media) is required.
• Strong understanding of client management fundamentals and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong familiarity with the digital ecosystem, specifically YouTube channel management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
