What you will do

• Translate complex business problems into AI-driven technical solutions.
• Industrialize ML models, moving them from prototype to production environments.
• Design, maintain, and optimize AI pipelines and platforms.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and versioning.
• Ensure the performance and continuous improvement of scaled AI systems.
• Establish standards for AI architecture and governance.

Requirements

• Professional experience in AI/Machine Learning Engineering roles.
• Strong software engineering skills with proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
• Deep understanding of MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining).
• Experience with cloud platforms, with a strong preference for Azure.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, GenAI, or advanced ML use cases.
• Previous experience with AI projects in the healthcare sector.
