AI Engineer (AI/ML/MLOps): Building and deploying AI-native systems that translate business problems into production-ready machine learning solutions with an accent on ML industrialization, scalable AI platforms, and model operations. Focus on designing reliable pipelines, monitoring and retraining models, deploying containerized systems, and applying cloud and orchestration technologies to complex enterprise use cases.
Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain or Munich, Bavaria, Germany; hybrid workplace

What you will do
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
- Industrialize machine learning models from prototype to production.
- Design and maintain AI pipelines and platforms.
- Deploy and scale real-world AI systems in production environments.
- Ensure system performance, monitoring, continuous improvement, and governance.
- Contribute to best practices in MLOps, architecture, and AI engineering.
Requirements
- Experience in AI or machine learning engineering roles.
- Solid software engineering skills with Python required.
- Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models into production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, versioning, and retraining.
- Experience with cloud platforms, with Azure strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable, secure, maintainable AI system design.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, or advanced machine learning use cases.
- Exposure to healthcare projects at the intersection of AI and healthcare.
- Strong communication skills and a consulting mindset.
- Fluency in French or German.
