Forward Deployed Engineer (Life Sciences) (Python/Kubernetes/MLOps): Building and deploying production-grade AI solutions for regulated life sciences organizations with an accent on machine learning workflows, cloud integrations, and interactive applications. Focus on deploying and monitoring models across the MLOps lifecycle, troubleshooting Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure, and translating complex customer requirements into tested solutions.

What you will do
- Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions for life sciences customers, including machine learning workflows, custom cloud and data integrations, and interactive applications.
- Own customer engagements across the MLOps lifecycle, covering development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Advise data science teams on Domino platform best practices and lead technical solutioning with customer stakeholders.
- Develop reusable playbooks, integration templates, and deployment guides to improve delivery across the FDE practice.
- Translate field intelligence and platform feedback into input for SRE, Support, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with deep proficiency in Python and familiarity with SQL, R, and Bash.
- Experience with Kubernetes or managed Kubernetes services such as EKS, AKS, or GKE, Docker, and AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture.
- Experience delivering machine learning workflows, model deployment and monitoring, GPU workloads, and generative AI or agent frameworks.
- Experience working in or consulting for highly regulated or constrained environments, including compliance, data security, and infrastructure limitations.
- Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences, including discovery conversations and structured solutioning sessions.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and become productive quickly in unfamiliar codebases.
