What you will do
- Optimize the ROI of promotional marketing budgets across all customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, engagement, reactivation).
- Lead the CRM workstream for the "Wallet & Promotional Products" flagship project, focusing on personalization and gamification.
- Translate CRM strategies and member insights into concrete product requirements for the Front/Growth PM teams.
- Develop and maintain a promotional performance framework to track ROI by mechanic, market, and funding source.
- Collaborate with Finance, Tech, and Brand Partnerships to align promotional levers with business OKRs.
- Coordinate the live rollout and scaling strategy of product-specific promotions across various markets.
Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in CRM, promotional marketing, or loyalty strategy, ideally in e-commerce or retail.
- Proven track record of managing significant incentive budgets with demonstrated ROI impact.
- Strong analytical profile, comfortable with A/B testing frameworks and KPI-driven decision making.
- Experience translating business needs into technical product requirements for PM and Tech teams.
- English: Fluent (working language) required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Saint-Denis, France.
Nice to have
- Experience designing loyalty or gamification mechanics.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign.
- Experience in B2B2C or marketplace environments.
- Knowledge of brand co-funding and trade marketing mechanics.
