What you will do

• Define and own the roadmap for MBR capabilities, integrating AI-driven features such as intelligent document processing and anomaly detection.
• Translate product requirements into epics and user stories, utilizing AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate drafting and research.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver features with appropriate guardrails and quality standards.
• Engage with enterprise clients and stakeholders to align roadmap decisions and communicate the tangible value of AI in their workflows.
• Lead a globally distributed agile team, fostering a culture of AI experimentation and operational velocity.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management with B2B enterprise software experience (corporate legal or finance preferred).
• Track record of successfully developing and launching products within Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Experience leading distributed, multicultural teams.
• Working familiarity with AI concepts: Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple global time zones.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of corporate legal workflows in matter management and eBilling, or experience with ERP financial software.
• Experience integrating acquired product lines and developing alignment strategies across teams.
• Experience with platform product management and organizational alignment.
