What you will do

• Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact features for the childcare management platform.
• Translate product strategy into actionable user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline requirements definition, prototyping, and documentation.
• Own specific features end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and launch.
• Define and track product metrics to measure engagement, usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to incorporate feedback into continuous product improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering SaaS or consumer software products in cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to support product development workflows.
• Strong interest in AI/ML applications for product experience and development.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech, early childhood education, or operational SaaS workflows.
• Technical or design background.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform product decisions.
