What you will do

• Shape the roadmap for AI-powered capabilities based on how real estate organizations operate, translating workflows into product requirements and success metrics.
• Own AI-powered features end to end, including post-launch performance, accuracy over time, edge cases, and tradeoffs between automation and human review.
• Partner with customers managing billions in real estate assets to validate that AI-generated output meets their standards.
• Work closely with data science and engineering to turn real estate domain needs into specifications, models, and evaluation frameworks.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams without direct authority.
• Use AI tools in daily product work to move faster and improve output quality.

Requirements

• 8–10 years in product management shipping successful B2B products, with the majority built for real estate organizations (proptech, real estate data/technology platforms, or real estate services firms).
• Experience shipping at least one AI/ML-powered feature or product in production, or ongoing fluency using AI to perform product management work.
• Comfort partnering with data science and ML engineers on evaluation design without needing to build the models yourself.
• Strong analytical and quantitative decision-making skills, including judgment to choose simpler non-AI approaches when appropriate.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity, move fast with limited resources, and make decisions with incomplete information.
• Interest in sustainability and building at the intersection of real estate and climate data.
