What you will do
- Close 10 new logos annually by owning the full sales cycle from discovery to contract signature.
- Run 30β60 day sales cycles with disciplined urgency and evidence-based qualification.
- Convert PLG signals (trial activations, self-service usage, consumption spikes) into qualified opportunities and committed contracts.
- Generate pipeline via outbound prospecting, field events, and digital marketing follow-up; qualify 6 opportunities per month using MEDDPICC.
- Engage technical decision-makers (Engineering Managers, Platform Leads, Senior Engineers, DevOps Managers) with product demonstrations tied to customer pain points.
- Maintain complete MEDDPICC documentation in Salesforce and forecast based on documented decision process and buying authority.
Requirements
- 1β3 years of success in inside sales or SDR/BDR roles, including independent deal closing and consistent quota attainment (90β100%+).
- Experience with $15Kβ$50K ACV deal sizes and 30β90 day sales cycles.
- Experience with PLG or trial conversion motions where product usage signals inform sales engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and work marketing-sourced leads with rapid follow-up.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or MEDDIC/similar) and ability to document qualification evidence in CRM.
- Comfort having credible conversations with technical buyers about data infrastructure and developer tools (e.g., Kafka, PostgreSQL, cloud deployment models).
